Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are
Inkflow by Hero is a marketing service for tattoo studios, operated by SA Agency. We run paid ads on Facebook and Instagram, build landing pages, handle inbound leads, and book consultations into your calendar. In these terms, "we", "us", "Inkflow by Hero" and "SA Agency" mean the company providing the service. "You" means the studio, owner, or artist signing up.
2. The service
When you sign on, we deliver some or all of the following, depending on your plan:
- Facebook & Instagram Ads management, including creative, copy and targeting
- Landing pages and booking flows hosted on our infrastructure
- Lead handling and appointment booking through our team or automation
- Reporting on bookings, ad spend, and pipeline
The exact deliverables, timeline, and fees are set out in your service agreement. If anything in your agreement contradicts these terms, your agreement wins.
3. What we need from you
For the service to work, we need access to your assets and a few hours of your time at the start. Specifically:
- Admin or advertiser access to your Facebook and Instagram accounts
- Reference photos, portfolio shots, and any brand assets you want us to use
- A working calendar and the willingness to actually show up to consults
- Honest answers about your prices, availability, and the type of work you want to attract
If we're missing access or content, the timeline shifts. That's the only honest answer.
4. Fees and payment
You pay a monthly retainer for our work and, separately, your own ad spend directly to Facebook. Ad spend is never paid to us. Your retainer is billed in advance, due on the date stated in your agreement, and non-refundable except where our guarantee applies (see below).
Late payments may pause the service. We'll always reach out before pausing anything.
5. The 30-bookings guarantee
If we promised 30 deposit-secured booked sessions in your first 30 days and we don't deliver, we refund our fee for that month and cover your next month's ad spend up to the cap stated in your agreement. The guarantee assumes you give us the access we need on time, respond to leads we hand off, show up to consultations, and follow the pricing and availability we agreed on. If those things don't happen, the guarantee doesn't apply.
6. Exclusivity
We work with one studio per market. While you're a client, we won't take on a competing studio in your defined service area. If you cancel, that exclusivity ends.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel any time after the initial term in your agreement, with the notice period stated there (typically 30 days). On cancellation, we hand back access to ad accounts, export your lead data, and stop running campaigns at the end of the paid period. We don't hold your accounts hostage.
8. Ownership
You own your customer data, your brand, your photography, and the leads we generate for you. We own our templates, our internal systems, our processes, and any tooling we built before working with you. Anything we create specifically for your studio (ad creative, landing page copy, custom assets) is licensed to you for use in your business.
9. Results disclaimer
Marketing isn't physics. Results vary based on your market, your pricing, the quality of your portfolio, and how well you handle the leads we send. The case studies and numbers on our website reflect real client results. They are not a promise that your studio will hit the same numbers.
10. Liability
We do our work in good faith and to a professional standard. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for anything that goes wrong is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the issue. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, like lost profit or reputational harm.
11. Confidentiality
Anything you share with us about your business, your finances, or your clients stays confidential. Same goes the other way. We may show your studio's results in case studies and on our site only if you've agreed to it.
12. Changes to these terms
We can update these terms when our service changes. If we make a meaningful change that affects you, we'll let you know by email. Continued use of the service after that means you accept the updated version.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws stated in your service agreement. Any dispute we can't sort out in a conversation goes to the courts named there.
14. SMS terms
Inkflow by Hero (operated by SA Agency)
- By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Inkflow by Hero, including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, customer care responses, and (if you separately consent) promotional offers.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any SMS you receive from us. After we receive STOP, we will send one final SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just opt in as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at sinan@heromedia.dk.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive approximately 2 to 6 SMS messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
